At the pinnacle of his professional football career, Oak Ridge, North Carolina’s Dr. Kip Corrington, PhD, made an interception in the 1990 AFC Championship game that was seen by more than 76,000 fans at Denver's Mile High Stadium and a national television audience. Denver's victory against Cleveland propelled Corrington and his Bronco teammates to Super Bowl XXIV. These days, Dr. Corrington’s highlight reel is more subtle, yet deeply meaningful in his work with Novant Health Northwest Family Medicine in Oakridge, NC.
