NCAFP Members Attended the 2026 Virtual Tri-Diagnosis Webinar for Convenient and Excellent CME

By Kathryn Atkinson, CMP
NCAFP CME & Events Director

On Sept. 9 and Sept. 12, NCAFP members completed both sessions of the Tri-Diagnosis: Pain, Use Disorder, and Mood Disturbance webinar! Both sessions included top-notch, ready-to-use strategies for psychiatric-and-pain assessment and management in primary care settings. The Tri-Diagnosis webinars welcomed over 70 satisfied attendees who learned from Dr. Michael Baca-Atlas and earned up to four AAFP Prescribed credits.

In their event feedback, many attendees complimented the CME and the overall NCAFP event.

“This training event was excellent and helpful,” one attendee stated. “I have gained several resources to use in my practice.”

“I had the opportunity to include all the questions I had during the session,” stated another. “It was very well organized to allow for audience participation.”

“I liked the format being live, but from home with the opportunities and encouragement to interact with the speaker,” stated another attendee.

“I could not be more pleased with the response to these webinars!” stated NCAFP Events & CME Director Kathryn Atkinson, CMP. “Dr. Baca-Atlas did an incredible job sharing timely, practical guidance while encouraging meaningful interaction and questions from attendees throughout each session. The feedback has been outstanding, and I am so grateful to everyone who joined us!”

The NCAFP thanks the Governor’s Institute, Dr. Michael Baca-Atlas, and all the attendees for making this virtual CME as excellent and convenient as possible.
