The NCAFP Winter Family Physicians Weekend will be held Dec 4 - Dec. 7, 2008, at The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa, Asheville, NC. Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains near historic Asheville, The Grove Park Inn combines the splendor of a bygone era with the amenities of a modern resort. This is our largest CME event of the year! Over 400 family physicians from NC and the surrounding states are expected to attend this year!

Exhibit Fees & Payment

Payments must be received by Nov. 1, 2008. If payment is not received by that date, your company will not be allowed to set up.

Exhibit Hall Setup/Schedule

Set up begins at 6:00 pm, Wed., Dec 3. Early arrivals will NOT be permitted to enter the hall before 6:00 pm.
