NCAFP Helps Get Your Practice Online

NCAFP's Web Services offer an easy way for physicians and practices to publish a professional website. Three simple packages provide everything you need - a custom domain name, complete website development, and a fully-featured web hosting account. All packages provide the following features:

• A Custom-Designed Website

The NCAFP will design and create a custom practice website that contains the following 5 pages: (1) home page, (1) page describing the insurances the practice supports, (1) page describing the practice, its providers and its staff, (1) page containing a complete contact information, office hours, email addresses and a map to the practice, and (1) 'Patient's Info' page listing details on things like appointment scheduling, HIPAA, the practice's no-show policy, referrals, and may include 2 downloadable forms. Additions or customizations beyond these are also available, but for additional costs.

• A Personalized Web Address

All packages include a custom domain name (i.e. http://www.yourpractice.com), licensed for 1-year and renewable annually. This allows a practice to establish personalized email addresses for their physicians and office staff; for example 'jdoe@yourpracticename.com'. In addition to custom email addresses, practices needn't have to worry about changing or losing their email address if they switch Internet access providers. This is a major benefit.

• 12 Months of Web Hosting

NCAFP web hosting accounts are fully-featured, extremely reliable and easy to administer, even for the non-technical. All accounts are Linux/Apache-based that offer a sleek web-based control panel which allows practice staff to complete routine tasks (ie. managing email accounts or viewing website usage statistics) quickly and easily - everything is done through your normal web browser once logged in. Sub Packages / Add-ons

The NCAFP also provides members with hosting services of their existing sites. as well as maintenance and updating services.

Website Maintenance Solution- $155.00

For practices wishing to update and maintain their website in-house, without the need of advanced technical knowledge, offices can purchase website updating software (Macromedia Contribute 3). NCAFP provides services that includes up to 2-hours of setup and training with the tool. All Academy built websites support Contribute. It's shockingly easy!

Hosting Accounts Only

Practices can have the NCAFP host their existing site. No setup or transfer fees for Academy members. See plan comparison chart for further info. We offer three hosting plans:
