The NCAFP Foundation is gearing up for another state Tar Wars Poster Contest. The contest is held annually as a way to reaffirm the key anti-tobacco messages that Tar Wars promotes to 4th- and 5th-graders. The deadline for submitting posters for this year’s contest is Friday, April 30, 2010.
