The NCAFP has reserved a block of rooms at The Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa and at the Renaissance Asheville Hotel. Room blocks fill up early, so please do not delay in making your reservations.
The Grove Park Inn
The NCAFP has reserved a block of rooms at The Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa. You may call the hotel directly at 800-438-5800 or 828-252-2711. The cut-off date for The Grove Park Inn is Thurs., Oct. 23, 2008. The room rate is $179.00/night. The Grove Park Inn is located at 290 Macon Avenue, Asheville, NC 28804.
The Renaissance Asheville Hotel
A second block of rooms has been reserved at the
Renaissance Asheville Hotel. The NCAFP room rate is $132.00 per night. For reservations, please call the hotel directly at 800-468-3571. The cut-off date for the Renaissance is Mon., Nov. 3, 2008. The hotel is located at One Thomas Wolfe Plaza, Asheville, NC 28801.
Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville
An additional block of roooms has been reserved the Crowne Plaza Resort. The NCAFP room rate is $119.00 per night. You may make your reservation by calling 800-733-3211 or by visitng the link below. The cut-off date for reservations in this block is November 4, 2008. The Crowne Plaza is located at One Resort Drive, Asheville, NC 28806.

About Reserving Your Accommodations
Please identify yourself as a NCAFP registrant at each hotel to receive the discounted room rate. Cut-off date for reservations is October 18, 2008 for the Grove Park Inn, November 3, 2008 for the Renaissance and November 4, 2008 for the Crowne Plaza. Note: If you must cancel your room reservations at one of the hotels, please call the Academy meetings department at 919-833-2110. We will cancel your room reservation so that the room can be put back in our block of rooms.
