There are essentially two room types available, Guest Rooms and Suites. The guest room is a typical hotel room or studio layout and the suite has a private bedroom, full size kitchen and a living room area. The Resort Rooms have a view of the golf course, the Deluxe rooms have a view of the tennis courts, and the River rooms have a view of the James River. All rooms include a private balcony or patio with coffee maker, in room safe, multi-line telephone & wireless internet. More descriptions are listed below.

Resort Guestrooms $149 per night -- Standard Resort guest rooms are located along the golf course and tennis courts and are a short walk to the sports club, spa and restaurants.(Resort Double Rooms also available - please ask the hotel for additional information.)

Deluxe King Guestrooms $159 per night -- Deluxe King Guestrooms are located in close proximity to the sports club, spa and restaurants on a bluff overlooking the Kingsmill Marina or Wareham's Pond. (Deluxe Double Rooms also available - please ask the hotel for additional information)

River King Guestroom $179.00 per night -- River guest rooms are located along the James River with commanding views of the river or the par 3 Bray Links golf course and are closest to the sports club, spa and restaurants. (River Double Rooms also available - please ask the hotel for additional information)

Resort One Bedroom Suite $199.00 per night -- Standard Resort suites are located along the golf course and tennis courts and are a short walk to the sports club, spa and restaurants. Resort One Bedroom Suites feature a master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious living room with a queen size sleep sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, television in living room and bedroom.

Deluxe One Bedroom Suite $209.00 per night -- Deluxe one bedroom suites are located in close proximity to the sports club, spa and restaurants on a bluff overlooking the Kingsmill Marina or Wareham's Pond. Deluxe One Bedroom suites feature a master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious living room with a queen size sleep sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, television in living room and bedroom.
