This August 10th and 11, the NCAFP is holding its Town Hall Discussion. This discussion is bringing together state and national family medicine leaders to discuss some important changes on the horizon for primary care in North Carolina and nationally.
Don't miss this. With health reform continuing to more forward, some of the items discussed will include: How will new payment systems impact what you do and what you make in your practice (accountable care, shared savings, bundled payment, PCMH incentives, etc.); What will the ramifications be of the Supreme Court Decisions surrounding the Affordable Care Act?; and How does primary care ultimately lead the charge toward the triple aim of improved quality, lowered cost, and increased patient satisfaction? The event will also feature NCAFP council meetings for CME, Health of the Public, and Practice Enhancement on Friday.
