The NCAFP has a great way to ensure that your organization has the opportunity to interact with North Carolina's family medicine community with our lineup of 2013 Exhibitor Opportunities.

The North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians offers terrific opportunities for vendors to showcase their products and services to family physicians and other medical specialists. The NCAFP’s well-attended and highly-anticipated annual CME events give you the ability to meet face-to-face with physicians and to network one-on-one with attendees from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania and many other states.
Each NCAFP conference is structured to allow exhibitors optimal interaction time with physicians in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Food and beverage breaks are provided inside the Exhibit Hall at all events. We also offer door prize giveaways and grand prize drawings to CME attendees who participate in Exhibit Hall raffles. All representatives are provided with a list of registered attendees at check in and a final attendee list is emailed immediately after the event. You are certain to establish new contacts and renew previous relationships during your time with us. Mark your calendars now and make plans to attend!
Promotions & Traffic Drivers
Drive more physician traffic to your display booth and communicate product information and services to our attendees with bag inserts, informational slide show advertisements and virtual marketplace listings.
Registration Bag Inserts - All attendees receive a meeting bag upon check-in. You supply us with the material and we will insert it into the bags. Approval required. Fees per insert are $200 for Spring, $300 for Midsummer & $400 for Winter.
Informational Slide Show Advertisements - Throughout the symposium, a slide show is broadcast in the lecture hall listing important meeting announcements. Advertisements can be purchased within this presentation. Approval required. Fees per event are $200 for Spring, $300 for Midsummer & $400 for Winter.
Virtual Market Place Listings - Advertise on our website for three months after the meeting with a 25 word description of your company’s products and/or services. Fee is $100 per meeting.
Increase Name Recognition
Alongside display space in the exhibit areas, the NCAFP offers additional opportunities for product and brand exposure during each of these events. Participate in a Break or Refreshment Sponsorship and receive the following:
- Prominent signage in areas near & during your sponsored break.
- Free Virtual Website Listing for 3 months after the event ($100 value!)
- Recognition in the program syllabus.
- Free bag insert in attendee registration bags ($200 to $400 value!)
Sponsorships vary for each event and there are limited opportunities to participate. Contact the Meetings Department to reserve your sponsorship. Fees are listed below.

Product Theatres & Satellite Events
NCAFP’s Product Theaters and Satellite Events are powerful solutions for reaching your target market! These events allow commercial organizations to present information about their products, services, or therapeutic approaches to physicians and other healthcare providers in attendance at the conference. Because the material presented in Product Theaters is primarily promotional and/or product related, these sessions may not offer continuing medical education (CME) credit.
