The NCAFP Advocacy Council will be meeting this upcoming Monday, July 19, beginning at 6:15 pm at Academy headquarters in Raleigh. The meeting will summarize the Academy's advocacy initiatives completed during this legislative session, as well as discuss next steps for the 'long' session scheduled to begin in January, 2011. Members wishing to attend but unable to travel to Raleigh, can participate via teleconference. Those planning to attend in person will be provided dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m.
